Give others the strength to lead a healthy lifestyle. Become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and make an impact on the lives of others with an advanced understanding of health and fitness.

ACSM Certified Personal Trainers are qualified to plan and implement exercise programs for healthy individuals or those who have medical clearance to exercise.

Content – What will you learn?

• Introduction to personal training
• Advanced anatomy
• Physiology
• Advanced client assessment methods (static and dynamic posture)
• Health and fitness appraisal, lifestyle analysis and stress management
• Joint assessments, muscle balance and postural correction
• Advanced flexibility methods
• Effective communication, developing motivational strategies and working with other professionals
• Nutritional advice for physical activity including pre/post-exercise nutrition, weight management, the glycaemic index and free radicals
• Special populations including obesity, diabetes, asthma and orthopedic conditions
• Fitness testing for power, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility
• Core training, periodization and program design for strength, power, hypertrophy and aerobic fitness
• Exercise prescription
• Personal training outside the gym

Eligibility criteria: 

18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Adult CPR/AED certification (with hands-on practical skills component)

1. This is an agreement between the Exercise Science Academy and you.

2. These terms & conditions apply to your application for a training program and subsequent matters arising from that application. All bookings & alterations are made subject to availability.

3. Rights to admission are strictly held with EXERCISE SCIENCE ACADEMY.

4. Students should disclose their correct personal information. Exercise science Academy LLP will not be responsible for any errors due to incorrect personal information stated by them. Alterations in the name would require legal documentation.

5. Code of conduct should be observed by the students. Besides, general good behavior and etiquette, it includes the following:

· Assignments should not be plagiarized or copied; this will lead to the cancellation of Admission of all the students involved.

· Students are strictly not allowed to make any video during lectures.

6. Refund Policy:

· No refunds will be given, or any transfer (to another course) is allowed once the course begins.

7.  ACSM CPT certification exam, will need to be taken, within one year of enrolling in the CPT courses.

8. Signing an application form and terms & conditions confirmed that the student is attending the program of his/her own choice and that, even if an employee, friend, relative or other party is paying the fees, the students accept the value of the program and its benefits.
